Prices are per workspace per month, in Indian rupees, excluding 18% GST. WhatsApp messages are charged separately at the rates below.
Sociolync has three plans: Social at ₹799/month (Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs and social posting), WhatsApp at ₹1,999/month (adds a managed WhatsApp number, templates, bulk messaging, chatbot flows and sequences) and Complete at ₹3,499/month (adds quotations, invoicing and payments). Prices exclude GST. WhatsApp messages are billed per message (marketing ₹0.99, utility and authentication ₹0.15), the first 1,000 service replies each month are free, and Messenger and Instagram messages are always free. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

WhatsApp charges businesses for each delivered message they send, depending on the message type. We set up and pay Meta for your number, and you pay us one transparent rate per message, on the same bill as your plan. No Meta account, no Meta card, no separate invoice.

Pricing questions
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Social if your customers message you on Facebook and Instagram. Choose WhatsApp if you also want a WhatsApp number with templates, bulk messaging, chatbot flows and sequences. Choose Complete if you want quotations, invoices and payments in the same workspace.
How are WhatsApp messages charged?
Per delivered message, on top of your plan: ₹0.99 for marketing templates and ₹0.15 for utility or authentication templates, excluding GST. The first 1,000 service replies each month are free; after that they're ₹0.15. Messages customers send you are free.
Why does WhatsApp cost extra when Messenger and Instagram don't?
Meta charges businesses for each WhatsApp message they send, but doesn't charge for Messenger or Instagram messages. We pass WhatsApp's per-message cost through at a transparent rate and keep Messenger and Instagram free.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account or Meta Business Manager?
No. Shalom Infotech owns the WhatsApp Business Account and pays Meta, and you get a dedicated number. You pay one bill to Shalom.
What's included in the free trial?
14 days with every feature in Complete, limited to 2 team members, 100 contacts, 50 free WhatsApp template messages, campaigns of up to 25 recipients, and 10 quotations and invoices. No card is required.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Pick a plan and continue, or let it pause. Nothing is deleted, and you can resume whenever you're ready.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, from Billing inside your workspace. The new limits apply immediately.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Plan prices and WhatsApp message rates exclude 18% GST, which is added to your invoice.
How do I pay?
Online from the Billing page in your workspace, in Indian rupees.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
